Giving your brand the right personality is incredibly important. Before I start designing concepts I undertake research that is aimed at understanding the essence of the brand. It’s unique selling point, how it compares to competitors and it’s key attributes. The research is carried out using both a detailed questionnaire and a face to face meeting/chat on the phone.
